A 3.5-metre-long snake that lived 67 million years ago made a habit of eating baby sauropods as they first scrambled out of their eggs, say paleontologists writing in PLoS Biology. The conclusion is based on the discovery in India of a nearly complete fossilized skeleton of the primitive snake Sanajeh indicus coiled inside a dinosaur nest.

The fossils were first found in 1987 by dinosaur egg expert Dhananjay Mohabey from the Geological Survey of India, in rocks of the Lameta Formation in Gujarat, a state in western India known for its rich fossil record of dinosaurs and their eggs. Originally identified as a hatchling dinosaur, the fossils were recognized to include a snake by dinosaur paleontologist Jeff Wilson from the University of Michigan and Mohabey in 2001.

It is known that Mani Ratnam’s ‘Raavan’ starring Vikram, Aishwarya Rai and Prithviraj is a bilingual for south – Tamil and Telugu. Vikarm also stars in the Hindi version of ‘Raavan’ with Abishekh Bachchan and Aiswarya Rai. Mani Ratnam who feels Vikram will be the next best thing happening to Bollywood from south has created a special trailer to introduce the national award winning actor to Bollywood in style. The special trailer will be a curtain raiser show casing Vikram’s style and substance using scenes from his earlier movies. Amitabh Bachchan is expected to release this special curtain raiser in March.

Recently, I took a weekend trip to Brighton Beach. Brighton Beach is located in Sussex county, 2 hours from London. I really had a lot of fun.Brighton is known for it's small town charm. Sivaji-prabhu house function

The Kumbabishekam at the Varasidhi Vinayagar Koil situated at Annai Illam, the residence of Nadigar Thilagam Sivaji Ganesan, was performed in all religious fervor today (June 17) morning between 7 am and 9am. All the close family members participated in the rituals.

A large number of friends and relatives of Sivaji-Prabu-Ramkumar family participated in the rituals. Super Star Rajinikanth was a special invitee for the function. The fastest man in Tamil cinema Ajith made a charismatic appearance at the event.

Others from the film world included Vijayakumar, Manjula, Arun Vijay, Manorama, Raja, Thiyagu among others.

All we adored them when they were paired up for first time in Rajkumar Hiranis blockbuster 3 Idiots. Now again one can see Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan and size-zero beauty Kareena Kapoor together, thanks to the ace filmmaker Mani Ratnam. Ratnam had initially had come up with a project titled Lajjo, but it was later stalled due to budget problems as it included big names like AR Rahman and Gulzar.

And now after watching the sensation that Aamir-Bebo pair created, it seems the director felt the need to bring up the project again.

It is heard that Mani is so excited with this project that he has decided to keep aside his Ranbir Kapoor-starrer, to work on Lajjo.

Now, the producers have decided to release the film by August across the world.The film was earlier produced by Ayngaran International in collaboration with Bollywood’s Eros International. Nonetheless, Sun Pictures acquired the production rights just as Ayngaran couldn’t meet the financial purposes of Shankar.As known earlier, the film features Rajnikanth in dual roles with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starring opposite him in the female lead. Danny Denzongpa, the most happening Bollywood actor plays the baddie with Karunaas and Santhanam taking care of the comedy quotients. Well, the musical score by A.R. Rahman has already drawn the international spotlights on this film much prior to its musical release.Sun Pictures is now getting ready with the film’s teasers that will be aired from June followed by an audio launch in July.
