Well people repeated humiliation is the key factor behind me writing on this topic, I openly admit!!! I was forced to join and take up science when I was at high school when there was an option to choose between arts and science, I was very much interested in taking up arts which included the study of literature and things like that. My parents were invariably prejudiced and were insisting me to take science as the main stream, till then I was good at studies and was well liked by my professors but after choosing science as my stream the whole scenario changed!!! I couldn't perform well, the whole point was I was not interested, the world started to consider me as an incompetent individual, which seriously put me almost to a demented state. Anyway now I am well settled as it has been ages since that incident occurred!!! I always have the feel that it could have been better if I had taken the other option in my life, as that field also has good prospects. So I personally feel that instead of calling an individual incompetent it would always be better if you categorize him as per his interest. If a person is very much interested in some art if not immediately but would soon master it!!! Some people have the gift of adjusting and excelling in every field they get into irrespective of their liking, those are somewhat rare and not a better option as per me. So my sincere request to parents and educational institutes is only these, always try motivating students and induce some kind of interest in them instead of eschewing the poor performer and calling him incompetent!!!

Viewty the Winner

The 3G-enabled LG Viewty, otherwise known as LG KU990, is now getting an EDGE-only version - the LG KE990. The new LG KE990 Viewty may sound more of a downgrade to some, but actually it's targeted at markets that don't have 3G coverage such as China or the countries of CIS for example. The new KE990 will have two tri-band versions - a GSM 900/1800/1900 one and another one of GSM 850/1800/1900.

The removal of the 3G module has also made room for a camera lens cover - a mechanical slider on the back reveals the way it will be operated. The Jog Wheel on the back has also been redesigned - probably to enhance tactility. Its primary functions remain unchanged - volume control, zoom in/out, manual focus, and navigation scroller. These new changes should open the door for the Viewty to other markets and would allow more competitive pricing. However we don't know an exact price or timeframe for its availability currently. Another Sony Ericsson handset is in the works it seems, as some small photos and scarce information leaked online. The soon-to-be mid-range Sony Ericsson Z780 will be a close relative to the already announced Sony Ericsson Z770 both in features and design. As the Sony Ericsson blog reports, the new Sony Ericsson Z780 will be a tri-band phone in two versions - Z780i for Europe and Z780a for North America. The phone will sport a main 256K TFT QVGA display and a secondary external one with unknown parameters. Being an upgrade of Z770 it is almost certain that Z780 will sport the important goodies of its forerunner as EDGE and HSDPA support, Bluetooth, FM radio with RDS, M2 memory card slot, etc. Unfortunately, the Z780 will again feature a 2 megapixel snapper, yet we still don't know whether it will have autofocus. The latest web browser NetFront 3.4 will also come with the clamshell. Sony Ericsson Z780 will be available in two colors: Amethyst Silver and Grand Onyx. Bear in mind that so far this is only leaked information. We'll just have to wait for the official announcement to hear more about the specs and availability.

Hollywood enters into Bollywood

Hollywood movies come to Hindi India’s global movie distribution company Eros International and US-based studio Loinsgate, which signed a deal last week to distribute movies in India, South Asia and North America, have decided to re-make a few popular Hollywood hits in Hindi with top Bollywood stars. Kishore Lulla, MD of Eros International, said that they also plan to make movies jointly both in Hindi and English with their own distribution networks.

’In our joint venture deal, we will now be able to distribute Hindi movies from our library extensively in the US home video market with support from Lionsgate, and at the same time, we will help Lionsgate to distribute movies and TV series from their library in India and South Asia through our own network,’ he added. Shah Rukh Khan’s Om Shanti Om, Anil Kapoor’s Gandhi My Father and Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s Eklavya, The Royal Guard are among 20 movies Lionsgate will distribute in the US. In return, Eros International will have access to Lionsgate’s 12,000-movie library and TV series for distribution in India as well as in South Asian countries.

Hi pals!! Hope you have a great day ahead!!In all the roadtrips and vacations we have taken since we were married, we have never stayed along the Atlantic coast. In fact, other than flying over Chesapeake Bay on my way to Baltimore I have never even seen the Atlantic Ocean. My wife was telling me about Hilton Head, in North Carolina and Myrtle Beach, in South Carolina. She always told me how amazing their golf courses were down there, and I was a pretty good golfer for my age.She thinks, if I want to take a vacation to see the Atlantic, that I should be looking at myrtle beach vacations.
